Keto Bang Bang Cauliflower
Ingredients
Crispy Cauliflower
- 1/2 Large Head Of Cauliflower
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Heavy Cream
- 1/2 tbsp Parsley chopped
- 1 cup Almond Flour
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese Finely Grated
Keto Bang Bang Sauce
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Chili Paste
- 1 tbsp Swerve sweetener
- 1 tsp Sriracha
- 1 tsp Lime Juice
Instructions
- Start out by adding an egg and heavy cream or milk to a small bowl. In a medium bowl add almond flour and Parmesan and whisk together until fully combined.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Once your cauliflower is cut into bite size pieces, dip cauliflower in egg wash and once fully coated remove and shake a few times to remove any excess egg drippings.
- Place the cauliflower piece into the breading mixture and be sure to fully coat, apply a little pressure to ensure the breading sticks well to the cauliflower. Place onto your baking sheet and repeat with remaining cauliflower pieces.
- Place enough oil into a pot so that it comes up to about 1 1⁄2 inches and turn on heat until oil reaches 350 degrees. Once the oil reaches the desire temperature place a few pieces of cauliflower into the oil at a time, tossing until bites are a golden brown.
- Remove the cauliflower and place on a baking sheet lined with paper towel to absorb the excess oil.
- While the cauliflower is cooling prepare the bang bang sauce by adding all ingredients into a small bowl. If you prefer less spicy feel free to use less siracha sauce.
- Drizzle bang sauce over the cauliflower bites and enjoy!
