KETO GARLIC BUTTER CHICKEN THIGHS AND ASPARAGUS
This keto garlic butter chicken thighs recipe is a popular skillet meal that feeds your entire family. It’s budget-friendly and low-carb too!
Ingredients
- 6 Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
- 6 tbsp Butter divided
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup White Cooking Wine
- 3 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- Salt and Pepper
- Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 pound Asparagus woody stems removed
- chopped parsley
Instructions
- Heat the olive oil and 2 Tbsp butter in a skillet over medium high heat.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper, paprika and red pepper flakes to taste.
- Saute until the chicken is cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- Reduce the heat in the skillet to medium, and add in the garlic and remaining butter.
- Saute for 30 seconds.
- Mix in the white cooking wine.
- Add the asparagus to the skillet and saute until becoming tender.
- Scoot the asparagus over to one side of the skillet, return the chicken, and spoon with the sauce before serving.
