KETO SPINACH BALLS
These keto spinach balls only have 2g net carbs in 4 balls. They are fantastically low in carbs and are the perfect party food.
Ingredients
- 10 ounces Frozen Spinach cooked and drained completely
- 1 cup Pork Rinds crushed to crumbs
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 4 tbsp Butter softened, not melted
- 1 Egg
- 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Add the ingredients to a mixing bowl, and stir to combine well.
- Form the mixture into 16 even-sized balls, and place onto a well greased or parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
