Zero Point Weight Watchers Chilli
A quick, healthy and filling Zero points Weight Watchers dinner recipe. SO GOOD! Make in the pressure cooker, Instant Pot, or crockpot!
Ingredients
- 2 pds 99% fat free ground chicken
- 2 cans of Kidney beans drained (15 oz)
- 2 cans diced fire roasted tomatoes 14.5oz
- 1 small onion chopped
- 3 jalapenos diced, seeds removed
- 11/2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 ½ tsp. cumin
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp. Pepper
Instructions
- Using a large pan , add the ground chicken cook on medium.
- Break the chicken apart into crumbles.
- Add all ingredients into the crock pot.
- Stir to combine the ingredients.
- Place the lid on the crock pot, set it to high.
- Cook for 3-4 hours.
