Keto Cheesy Chicken Fritters
Ingredients
Keto Chicken Fritters
- 1 can Chicken Breast Meat 10 ounces
- 1 large Egg
- 1/3 cup Almond Flour
- 1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
- 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tbsp Chopped Fresh Dill
- 1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Parsley
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Garlic Aioli
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Minced Garlic
- 1 squeeze Fresh Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients for the fritters except the oil to a mixing bowl, and knead with your hands until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 5 evenly sized patties.
- Heat a thin layer of oil in a skillet over medium high heat on the stove.
- Place the patties into the heated oil, and cook for several minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain the patties on a paper towel lined plate.
- In a bowl, stir together the ingredients for the garlic aioli sauce.
- Serve the fritters hot with the sauce on the side.
