Keto Creamy Chicken Casserole
Ingredients
- 4 cups shredded chicken cooked
- 2 cups spaghetti squash cooked
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup bacon crumbles
Sauce:
- 4 oz cream cheese softened
- ½ cup mayo
- ½ cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
Topping:
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup bacon crumbles
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350.
- Mix together the sauce ingredients. Stir in the chicken, spaghetti squash, mozzarella, and bacon. Spread in a greased 9 x 13 baking dish.
- Top with the remaining cheese, bacon, and chives.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
