Easy Baked Keto Chicken Meatballs
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pound ground chicken 96% lean or lean ground turkey
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 400F/ 200C. Spray a sheet pan with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, add the ground chicken, egg, almond flour, grated parmesan cheese, olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix just until well combined.
- Shape 16 1 inch sized meatballs and place them in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until meatballs are cooked through. Sprinkle with fresh parsley, then serve over zucchini noodles, cauliflower mash, or as you desire.
