Keto Sweet and Sour Pork
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds Boneless Pork Chops cut into strips or bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Red Bell Pepper Cut Into Chunks
- 1 Green Bell Pepper Cut Into Chunks
- 1/2 Onion Cut Into Chunks
- 2 tsp Minced Garlic
- 2 tbsp Sugar-Free Ketchup
- 3 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Ginger Paste
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
- Season the pork with salt and pepper to taste, and add to the heated skillet.
- Sear on all sides, and then add in the onion and peppers.
- Saute until the vegetables are a crisp tender, and the pork is cooked through.
- Mix in the garlic, and saute another 30 seconds.
- In a bowl, combine the ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce and ginger paste.
- Pour the sauce mixture into the skillet, and toss to combine.
- Simmer for another 5 minutes, and allow to rest off the heat for 5-10 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with green onions if desired.
